Fee: $8.00 per name for searches by mail or fax 517-543-4475
HOWEVER we do not accept any pleadings by fax,
Faxed requests must provide a copy of the check.
No charge if request is in person.
No request can be made by email for name searches.
Information needed:
Name: First, Middle and Last or Name of Business
Date of Birth
Self addressed stamped envelope must be provided to return any copies.
Check ( In State Only) Need a valid Drivers License and phone number
Money Order Payable to Eaton County Circuit Court.
