HOWEVER we do not accept any pleadings by fax,
Faxed requests must provide a copy of the check.
No charge if request is in person.
No request can be made by email for name searches.

Name: First, Middle and Last or Name of Business
Date of Birth
A Self addressed stamped envelope must be provided to return any copies.
Check ( In State Only) Need a valid Drivers License and phone number
Money Order Payable to Eaton County Circuit Court.
If your document is not a Judgment of Divorce you may purchase a copy of your document at the costs of $1.00 for the first page and .50 cents for each additional page.
