Reservation Fees and Charges
RESERVATION FEES Effective Date: October 1, 2009
All park facilities are available on a first come, first serve basis unless previously reserved. Reservations for the current year are taken starting the first working day in January of that year. Site reservations are for the whole day - 8 a.m. to dark.
Site fees do not include Motor Vehicle Entry Fees. Reservations are taken for school groups and youth groups free of charge weekdays only. Weekday rentals, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), are half-price.
Tents and canopies may be set up at all sites. Each site contains a large grill that is reserved for that site’s use. Individual tables and grills are available at all parks for public use.

Fun Bags may be reserved in advance and contain the following equipment:
2 softballs, 2 softball bats, 2 frisbees, 1 volleyball, 1 basketball, and 1 set of horseshoes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event a party wishes to cancel their reservation, notice of cancellation must be given no less than fourteen days prior to the date of the event for a refund of half of the rental fees received. No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than fourteen days prior to the event date. No refunds are given if your site is not used due to inclement weather (rain).

Special arrangements may be made, at the rates listed above, for large groups to reserve an entire park for the day. Please note - reserving all park sites does not preclude the general public from entering or using park facilities. Additional fees for rental of dumpster and porta-johns plus 10% service fee may apply. Full park rental does not include the $3 motor vehicle entry fee.
