Volunteers in Police Service
Eaton County Sheriff’s Office has a variety of volunteer services for you to join.
Some areas to volunteer:
Mounted Division
ATV Division
Motorcycle Division
Handicap Enforcement Division
Special Services Unit
With support from well-trained volunteers dispatched by professionals, public safety initiatives, community relations and crime prevention efforts flourish. At the same time, volunteers are not intended to replace the services provided by the full-time professional members of the Sheriff’s Office. Instead, the critical support services they provide under the direction of the Sheriff’s designated liaisons and Command Staff, allow them to help where and when needed. As a volunteer, you become an invaluable member of the Sheriff’s Team. For information regarding volunteering
