211 Service Available If you're looking for assistance with a problem and you don't know where to turn, or simply want information on a particular human service issue, 2-1-1 is for you. 2007 County Plat Books Copies of the 2007 County Plat Book are available in the County Clerk's Office, Charlotte, MI. Cost per book is $30 and includes updates from the 2005 version and a compact disc (CD) containing free computerized mapping software and datasets, allowing you to personally explore the benefits of computerized mapping. |

Implementing policies and programs regarding Labor Relations and Contract negotiations throughout the County.

Establishing and implementing Employee Relations programs and policies for employee development and retention.

Recruiting, screening, interviewing and selecting qualified applicants for County positions. Human Resources also advises Department Heads and Elected Officials on issues regarding employer and employee rights, discipline and sound labor policy practices.
