The following charges require a personal appearance before the Magistrate:

· Disobey police officer directing traffic
· Drag racing
· Commercial motor vehicle – driving out of service
· Failed to possess ccw license
· Failed to provide information after an accident
· Violation of restricted OPS
· Possession of open intoxicants
· No valid OPS (unlicensed)
· Expired OPS
· Reckless driving
