April Heinze, Assistant DirectorApril Heinze has spent the last 17 plus years working for Eaton County. She began her career working for the Sheriff’s Department in 1990 and moved to Central Dispatch in 1992. In the last 15 years April has worked in various roles throughout Central Dispatch. In October of 2004 she was promoted to Assistant Director.
April is an active member of local and national 9-1-1 organizations. Those agencies include NENA (the National Emergency Number Association) where she sits on the public education and training committee, APCO (the Association of Public Safety Officials) and MCDA (the Michigan Communications Director’s Association).
