Eaton County Courts Livestream

ALL Eaton County Courts are open for the public 

to access and watch proceedings,

 unless limits to public access are allowed by statute or court rule 

and the court imposes those limits. 

Livestreaming court proceedings via YouTube will only occur when public access within the courtrooms cannot occur. Recording these proceedings is PROHIBITED.

Anyone who makes an unauthorized recording may be subject to contempt of court proceedings.
